SOY MILK POWDER
Brief Introduction:
Soy milk powder, made from NON-GMO soybeans, is processed with powder-agglomeration, off-flavour elimination and other techniques. While preserving the unique fragrance of soymilk, the process eliminates the off-flavour and bitterness. Besides that, soy milk powder is made with suitable fineness, and good dispersibility and solubility were obtained.

Principles of the applications:
1. Health function
On October 26, 1999, FDA authorized use of health claims, about the role of soy protein in reducing the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD), on labeling of foods containing soy protein. Besides containing high content of soy protein, soy milk powder also preserves the bioactive ingredients, which include unsaturated fat, dietary fibre, isoflavone, and etc.
2. Low cost
Compared with other protein sources, the soy protein cost is very low. While keeping the good quality, the cost can be decreased greatly
Fields of the application:
The product can be used as the base material for instant soymilk powder, soymilk, tofu, cow milk and the imitation dairy products.
Storage
It should be stored at ambient temperature in dry environment; the shelf life is 1 year.
